  1. How can I return merchandise purchased?
    If purchased in the Closeout Closet, the merchandise is not returnable. For other purchases, a RMA must be acquired prior to any item being returned. Please call our customer care team for the RMA and further instructions. Include a copy of your receipt and send the package UPS ground or US Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Please include return address.

  2. Why was my order delivery date quoted later than the service I paid for?
    Delivery time does not include weekend and holidays as "business days". Our system will quote the latest delivery date possible.

  10. When will my credit card be charged for my purchase?
    Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the full amount when the order is completed. It can take up to 3-5 business days for the hold to drop form your card, but this also depends on the particular banking institution. The payment is finalized when the items are shipped. back to top
