Got a tired or worn out golf cart engine? No problem at all. Here at Buggies Unlimited we have professionals on staff. Small Engine Technicians (SET) here to help get your golf cart back on the road, trail, or golf course! More than a tune-up service, our on site SET's will provide a full consultation of your worn out engine, and will provide a complete top to bottom rebuild based on packages we've pre-priced to make the entire process as smooth as possible and get your cart back in action.

You may be thinking...I want specifics! You got it. Upon your engines arrival, we disassemble, clean and inspect your engine casting and parts. The entire engine is degreased, cleaned, and give a fresh coat of silver paint. Then we install all new and re-worked parts and pre-set them to OEM specifications. Once completed the engine will then be bench tested for performance and quality assurance. The last step is to remove all fluids, package, and ship it back to you. Simple!

Sounds Great! How to do I get started?

Step 1:

First things first, you'll need to purchase the Engine Shipping Package (ESP) that includes the shipping box, all packaging material, and a

pre-paid shipping label

. Once you receive the ESP be sure to check the pre-shipment check-list included in the box. This includes a customer information form and a full list of parts that you'll need to include from your engine before you send it to our SET's. Calls us toll-free (1-888-444-9994) if you have any questions while preparing your engine for shipment.

Step 2:

Next, just drop your engine off at any UPS location or call UPS customer service to schedule a pick-up at your house and ship it to us (with the pre-paid shipping label included in your ESP). Once your engine has arrived at our facility, our SET's will do a complete inspection and determine the engine condition. We will contact you via email or phone number provided on your customer information form you sent along with the engine, and discuss the complete breakdown, inspection, and any additional options for parts you may need outside of the standard package pricing (if needed).

Upon your approval, your credit card will then be billed for the full amount in order to complete the rebuild process.

Your newly rebuilt engine will ship within 2 - 3 weeks from our follow-up consultation. We will contact you should any delays occur.
