This will not work.
Yes it will fit a 2003 DS. I installed on a 2002 DS. The foot platform sits outward from where your rear bumper is now (bumper will be removed to install this kit) and doesn’t rest in the bag well.
41 1/2x13 is the footrest size
I think that is what I have and it fits.
This kit will fit but you’ll have to get the candy cane struts, which are sold separately. The part no is listed in the item description. The rear struts changed in 2000.5.
To add this seat on your model, you would have to add candy canes to fit the roof. Candy canes go side ways to fit the old style roof
