The Yamaha Stop Switch for select G models is what every other manufacturer calls an accelerator pedal microswitch. Yamaha, for some reason, had to have a different name and an over-engineered product to do the same job. This is a plunger-style switch that helps route the activation voltage through to the solenoid. This is one of the switches that must click in before the solenoid has what it needs to do the same thing. So without it, your caddie will not run. Club Car and EZGO both use a tiny micro-switch to do the same job so if you have worked on those models in the past, keep in mind this will look different.
