My fender flares arrived without hardware. When I called Buggies the hardware kit for the flares I ordered was out of stock. I told them I would just go buy them being I only needed 20. They said that I didn't have to do that and sent me a bag of 100 at no charge. They were the exact ones I needed and worked perfectly. Thanks Buggies unlimited!

Not quite thick enough.

If they were a little thicker would be perfect, but they aren’t and not perfect.

what size hole do you drill to install the rivet ?

Sorry John but my holes were already drilled. I would however hold the shank of a drill bit up to the rivet and make sure you can see a very small amount of the rivet on either side of the bit shank and it should be perfect! Hope this works for you. Ron
