The tires or wheels will fit without using a lift kit to lift the suspension
I put this same tire on my Yamaha golf cart. Fit and worked great,. No lift added.
Hi Jim, no this is just the tire by itself.
I do not exceed 20 mph but 30 might not be a stretch. Check wirh mnfr if they are street tires before driving 30 on street.
no they are not for highway or high speeds
they are tubeless.

Make sure you have a 4 on 4 bolt pattern. 18x 8.5 x 8 is a standard golf cart tire.
