I do not know the measurement it it is 4 bolt . Pretty standard size I’ve not come across any cart it does not fit

Just for starters... these are for GOLF CARTS. Do not try to use them for other applications. Any warranty on the product will be void. The center hole is 2.65 inches in diameter and the lug hole size is slightly over a half or slightly under a 13mm
Hi Tyler, these wheels are 10" tall, by 8" wide, with a 3:5 offset.
