Yes for the back really easy to install
It fit my cart perfectly. I did add the heavy duty springs because I knew I would be carrying passengers on the back seats. I am glad I did! The original springs will not handle the weight of passengers very well. It was bottoming out a lot until I changed out those springs. Also note that the HD springs are soft riding without back passengers. Once you add passengers to the back the softer spring compress down to the heavy duty ones, and the heavy duty ones take over. Great design. You will be glad you did it.
The seat will fold from the back to front meaning the seat cushion would be facing down leaving a cargo area.
