I have a precedent newer than 2000 and these were great fit for mine. i actualy used my plastic base so i could maintain the arm rest but i could have used it without. i had to drill couple holes but no problem if your handy with tools.
Not sure on that. I would say you would have to measure the mounting holes to see if there the same.

Hi Lee, as long as your rear seat is a flip-down style and the dimensions look similar, these cushions should work.
There're the the complete base with backer boards. Bottom and back rest. Just screw them in to existing after market frame kit. The screw holes were not even close but a drill bit made everything good! They seem very durable.
IF you have a mach rear flip seat these will fit.
