You can do a few things to your golf cart to class it up for not a lot of dough. Things like dash covers and radios are cheap and look good as an addition to any golf cart, but you have to be right next to it to see those upgrades. Get the most bang for your buck with a set of Eight Inch GTW Drifter Chrome Wheel Covers for your buggy. These make it look like you have a fancy, high-end wheel, and they cost a fraction of the price. Take that look to another level for almost nothing compared to a set of aluminum tires and wheels.
Now one thing to keep in mind is that these are for golf cart use only. We know what your thinking, "my trailer runs an eight-inch wheel..." it's not going to work, unfortunately. The hubs stick out too far on those axles to allow the clips on the wheel covers to grab the rim. The same deal goes for lawn mowers, there are the rare exceptions to the rule, but they are just that, rare. 4.8 is the rim width in inches and 8 is the wheel diameter in inches. The 8 inch wheel cover will fit an 8 inch rim. There will be around 1/8 inch of the bead rim that will be visible. It is very normal and not a problem. Paint your rim edge a black or chrome if it bothers you. Mine are fine as normal and the small edge allows me to view any rim damage or dents.

I believe they are metal. If not, then they are a very sturdy plastic. They look great and install easily.
They should. They have both inner ring clips and outer ring clips. The only drawback is you need the longer valve stems or the stem does not extend far enough to inflate the tire. I have to remove wheel cover to add air.
If you wheels are 8" they should fit. They just pop on like an old style hub cap.
If the rim is an 8 inch and will accept a flat hubcap, then yes. If some protrudes from the center of the rim and protrudes past the outer edge, then no.
