If my memory is correct the original had three items to connect. The replacement has a yellow wire with an eye at its end, where is to be attached? Looks to me like a ground is it?

no wiring diagram
the new ignitor does not have the same color code for the wire so I cannot rewire as the original , if I have a description of the wiring I could match it with the right colors on the cart,

Gilbert this is the incorrect igniter for you cart, you have the newer style and the one you purchased is for the older carts
