Cart Subtotal:
There's something great about seeing how a part actually performs. The 48V High Amp Solenoid is a great example in seeing so. Crafted for electric golf carts, this heavy-duty contractor may look different, but it functions just like any high-powered relay, acting as a rugged switch that delivers power where it's needed. Its open-sided design lets you observe the internal posts as they engage, giving a clear view of its operation. Its built to handle the tasks of daily use, this solenoid is one of the hardest-working components on your golf cart, ensure you are getting the performance that's made to last.
My cart over heated and would start stuttering with the old stock one so I swapped to this and the problem was gone. I think it’s s good idea to change if your old one failed could put the cart full throttle.
Jim, I don’t remember and the cart is gone so I can’t check. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful.
Yes, , but be prepared to modify your current solenoid location as this one is larger and has different mounting points.
Came with my upgrade kit fit just fine do not know about diode
Hi Joel. If your cart is a Direct Current (DC) type then YES you need the filters on the solenoid. If your cart is AC powered you do NOT.
Yes it will work. You may have to replace your coil connection terminals, but that will be simple to do.
This item would work as this is our 48v solenoid.
It says it's "universal fit" so probably, it'll work fine. I can confirm it works great on my Club Car DS 48 volt.
