No, it is mounted to either the side or the fender directly
There is rubber plug very close to the bottom that can be removed to let the water drain out. It is on the opposite end of where the plunger is located.
No it's not, it's just plastic and bolts on to the side of your cart. Using the frame and basket, nice unit a little flimsy when on the cart, but works well, gl
