Fit and works like original, old regulator worked fine but I thought it would be good insurance to replace the generator and regulator as a pair.

i have a 2000 club car 48volt and it kicks out at a speed and when you are going down a hill it kicks out at a speed how can i stop it from happining and make it go faster ?

Try bypassing the RPM limiter, this is a black box on the front side of the motor. Just unbolt the brown wire from the frame and tape it up.

I have a 1992 Ezgo will this work on it the other voltage ? regulator says T107-22. 12 v 109

If its a 3 wire regulator it will work.

I have a 1984 3 wheel ez go gas cart. Will this part work for it? I need to replace thye one I have

Yes it should but I can't say for sure without seeing the one you have. If the one you are buying looks identical to the one on your cart then you should be fine. My cart was a 79 so it didn't fit mine cause the the wiring was different. But they changed the wiring in 1980 so that part should be correct for yours. Sorry I can't be of more help

Is this adjustable? Can I use this on a Yamaha G16 to bring down voltage from the factory 14.5+ volts.

Yes, they are adjustable. Are you having an overcharging issue? I suggest you either top up and fully charge your battery or replace the suspect one. After replacing the voltage regulator check the output at the battery. As long as you have over 14 volts at idle I would leave the inside of the regulator alone.

I am in need of a voltage regulator for a 1967 Harley cart can you help ?

Hi John, I suggest giving our tech team a call to ensure we get you the right voltage regulator for your Harley. Give us a call toll free at 1-888-444-9994

I have a 87 1/2 gas Club Car, motor KF-82, battery will not stay charged, any ideas ?

it sounds like the voltage regulator is the problem . the one i bought from buggies unlimited was supposed to be the correct one , however it was faulty right out of the box . i ended up at a kart shop and after going through everything they replaced my new voltage regulator with the correct one and everything has been fine since .

Looking for a working diagram or a picture of it installed?
