No not at all. Just pop off your old wheel covers (if you have any) and pop these right on over the existing wheel lug nuts. The lug nuts that are shown are plastic cast right into the wheel cover and are non functional.
Yes Bill they will. We bought ours for a Yamaha cart. They look really sharp on it. We really like the look! Ann
Yes they work fine as long as you don't have a extended center hub--- as some early model club cars ( mine 94) do - my front hubs were fine --- the back were extended-- so all I did was cut the center hub ring and no problem. The clips that hold them on the wheel are on the sides so the centerpiece cut off doesn't matter
They are plastic but, they are well made and look spectacular !!!

We didn't purchase extra clips. We have had no problem with them coming off
That was a per wheel cost. I purchased them two years ago and they look good and I’ve been happy with the purchase
If that is the grease cap that is too big you might try and remove the center of the hubcap I did not have that problem with my hubcaps but every thing is possible.
I do apologize we do not carry the extra clips.
That is an individual price.
If you have the original 8" steel wheels YES.
