Hi Jim, no all of our cargo boxes will require changing out the rear roof supports.
The rear roof supports are included. They are pictured on the right.
It is stationary, the tailgate does fold down.
We do not have a cargo box you can place on top of the flip seats.
I am not familiar with a par car. If the cab is similar to a club car it should. The installation on my club car was simple. It took me an hour and a half to complete the project.
