UNSATISFIED

I bought these as I'm rebuilding a 1983 ego marathon electric golf cart...i needed a little longer extension for the rear shocks...they say UNIVERSAL...thats false....my shocks are 10mm thread with a 1.0 Pitch....these are not...pissed off in washington...

Extensions are threaded the same as the shocks I ordered at the same time. Threads should match when ordered together as they were. Very disappointing.

Are these extensions threaded on the inside of the shaft all the way up the cylinder? The reason I am asking is to cut them down to 1 inch. I do not need 3 inch ones and cannot find any shorter ones.

They are threaded on the inside all the way to the end of the hex nut. They are not threaded all the way up the out side, the washer and rubber bushing that rides above the differential and below the differential would be damaged by the threads. Mike

can they be used on top of each to make it a 6" lift ?

I wouldn't suggest it ... in my opinion it would make the car very unstable and don't believe it would actually lift the cart 6". If anyone wants to lift a cart by 6" they better do it properly via a appropriate Lift Kit.
