Basket comes in handy.
I Have no room under the seat for a tray, so the basket really serves its purpose.

The baskets came with no instructions. There were no bolts or anything to attach them with. They are still in the box.

will this basket work on a cart that has been fitted with a rear seat?

Hi James. This would be hard to fit in the proper location on a cart with a rear seat without interfering with the passengers.
