The installation of the Tinted Club Car Precedent Folding Windshield is a breeze. No drilling, cutting, welding, or anything like that. I have a 2006 and had the same windshield you described. I purchased the 1/4” tinted windshield without the wings and it only has the one bolt hole at the bottom on each side but also has the 11” plastic slides that hold the windshield to the frame. Works prefict The thicker 1/4” window is much better because it doesn’t flex as much.

The 1/4" tinted windshield I purchased has worked out great. Clear and definitely more sturdy than prior one I had. I would buy it again.
Hey Kirk! The alpha body should not require a different windshield other than what is stock. This should work great!
