The GTW Club Car Precedent Bucket Harness answers a problem they should have never created. As a matter of fact, from 2004- 2008, they had it figured out. From the factory, your carriage had everything it needed for lights. All you had to get was a simple kit with one harness that plugged right into your existing wiring. It did not matter if it was gas or electric either. However, in 2009, you know what hit the fan. Now all that came on the caddie was enough to hook up a set of headlights. But, of course, this was not going to fly in our book.
The 2009 and newer models had what they needed to hook up only the light bar up front. You had to have this additional golf cart harness if you wanted tail lights, brakes, turn signals, or anything else. Unfortunately, but to further complicate things, Club Car decided it needed to be different for gas and electric. We understand if you are confused and need help making this call. This GTW harness is one of the easier things we sell as far as installation is concerned. It will plug right into a pin connector on the Club Car OEM harness. Getting access to the wiring is the hardest part of the job. You will need to pull your dash off, so you may want to call a friend for help.
