2004-Up Club Car Precedent Electric - DC Receptacle and Harness

2004 Club Car Precedent do the three screws on back of charger receptacle remove the receptacle?

Took In club car electric for repairs.charger stopped working. Prior to not working it would not turn off. Also had intermittent problems with foot feed sometimes cart would not move forward or backwards. Push pedal down a few times a. D it would move. Cart repair stated charger checked out ok but charger receptacle was bad and also blown fuse. Repair said that caused all the problems. I question it. I find it hard to believe that the peceptacle was the total cause of charging and pedal feed problem. Do you buy this? I pick up cart tomorrow and have a $200 + charge. Am I getting overcharged? Will this fix both problems.?.
