It does include bushings. Good part but like most golf car parts they are over priced.
Yes. I replaced both front. Very easy to do. It helps to have I long pointed chisel or use the bolt you took off to align. Takes about 30 minutes for first. Second takes about 15 minutes because you learn the process on first one.
