Can you put these seats if you have plastic backs on exsisting seats ?

I did it on a 2009 Presedent however the bottom seat is simply to wide to install the side handles so you will have to go without if you choose these. The seats however are great quality and have a slope on the sides to keep you in your seat.

Are there matching covers for rear seats?
How do you tie in the top part of front seat to the cart ? I don’t have a predrilled hole there on the upper end of seat where the old screws held the old seat on. . Bracket is attaching to bottom part fine but top part of seat no holes do you use a wood screw to tied them on with ?

Yes. You will to mark and predrill a tiny pilot hole and use a suitable wood screw with a washer.
