Product Details

When you set out to rebuild the engine on your golf cart or anything for that matter, you need to make sure you have all the parts you need. Even if it is not an entire rebuild, and you just need rings for your piston. Several items along the way are going to need to be replaced. A good rule of thumb to live by when working on stuff like this is if you had to remove it, replace it. If anything has to be repaired in the top end, your Yamaha Head Gasket for G22 models will have to come off and, therefore, will need to be swapped out.

This golf cart head gasket is not just something you throw on the caddie in a half hour and ride off. This is a part of a big-time rebuild. Ensure you have everything you need by calling an expert at Buggies Unlimited. Do not be surprised when they recommend an OEM Yamaha service manual; you will need it.

gasket good - shipping not so good
The gasket was shipped from in the state I live in. They sent it to another state east of me by UPS then across my state to one west of me. Took a week. Then they passed it to the USPS who delivered it to me in a day. The gasket worked fine. The delivery was suspect, were they hoping I'd ask for next day on any future sales. It would have been better if I couldn't watch it in transit. If I'd had known it was going to be that long I could have drove to Camp Hill and back in a day.
