Cart Subtotal:
We know it's hard to believe, but this AMD motor works on the REGEN 1 and 2 systems by Club Car. They were the predecessors to the IQ used in all the newer electric IR golf carts. They were short-lived but vital stepping stones in getting to the power-efficient setups we use currently. With that being said, they are becoming increasingly hard to find parts for these days, with the majority of items requiring you to use an IQ conversion kit. This product is 100% compatible with the rare cart needing a minor wiring change that your six-year-old could handle.
Weighing in at 3.3 horsepower at 3000 RPM, this American-made aftermarket golf cart beast beats out the OEM counterpart it replaces easily. This motor will add a little bit of speed and torque to your ride, so be prepared for the put-back power it packs. Call Buggies Unlimited today, and let's get that weekend project coming so you can get started soon.
We searched directly from the serial number from club car. Because this was a weird year and part. Once I got there motor number I crossed it to buggies unlimited. FYI I spend a bunch of time and buggies was bye far cheapest on the motor!
The Curtis motor controller that comes o the Club Car IQ car is rated at 250 Amps Max.
You need to find out how much current the new motor draws . If it is more the 250 amps you will need to get another motor controller that can handle the current.
Hi Ben. Yes, this will work as a replacement option. The direct replacement to that OE would be our motor 3294.
