As long as they do not have brakes in the front end, then the Carryall will use the same brakes as the DS model.
to answer your question completely, yes. I purchased these for my DS and it does have drum and shoes on both rear wheels, and a cable that goes to each wheel. hope this helps
This fit my 2012 Carryall 1. It only has rear brakes.
