Product Details

The Club Car Premium Starter Generator Belt from Buggies Unlimited is one of the vital golf cart parts of the seasonal tune-up kit. There are all kinds of different levels of maintenance you should do to your golf cart. First, you have your basic kits covering filters and an oil change. It would be best to do these up to four times a year. Then, depending on use, we have packages that will take it a step further. Once or twice a year, you should be checking components like belts and clutches. Finally, at least once annually, the straps are going to need some love.

It is an easy knee-jerk reaction to blame a significant component when your performance starts to slip. We get daily calls from customers thinking they need a pulley or an engine rebuild when it's much more straightforward. However, the compression slipping or the primary slinging a weight could cause an issue like this. But, it is far more common for it to be a thin golf cart belt. Over time, with just the regular operation of the caddie, you will see the Club Car drive and the generator straps start to get tattered. Once this happens, replace them immediately and save money.

The installation of a DS belt is something that even a high school auto shop student could handle. Paying a dealer to do your seasonal maintenance is like throwing a $100 bill in a wishing well. You are not going to get much out of it. Call us and let an expert set you up with a kit you can easily install in your driveway.

Buggies Unlimited has your back no matter what your build plans are. Even if you just want to get it running to check the mail, we can help you do that. Call us today for a great deal.
