Your golf cart has two belts; one goes around both clutches and is a big thick thing. The other little skinny guy wraps around the generator pulley and the primary. This belt is called the Club Car DS and Precedent Starter Generator Belt.
I am sure you have noticed that you can barely push the pedal down on your golf cart, and you will hear a click and then what sounds like a smaller version of your engine. Then if you press the pedal a little further, the engine springs to life, and you take off. What you heard in that first part was the starter trying to turn the engine over; you just were not pushing the pedal hard enough to get any gas to the engine. When this is happening, you get everything, including a spark, so do not hold it that way for very long, or your battery will die. Its not too bad! Turn the drive belt off first. There is an adjuster/ slider bolt on the starter that needs to be loosened. Then you can push down on the starter and pull the belt off. Putting it on is just as easy. You need to use a pry bar to get the starter back up in the proper position and then re tighten the bolt.
Based on your serial number you do not have a Club Car, you have a Yamaha Drive and this item will not work.
