1995-Up Club Car 48v - Timer Replacement

was delivered in a timely manor. And as a side note it seems to be re-conditioning my batteries.

They are 4 years old and usually goes to 70% charge after one day with the OBC controlling the charge. With the OBC the charger went all the way down to 1-amp before shutting off .

The OBC stopped working so instead of buying new i modified my charger with this and charge shuts off at full charge at the 6-7 amp rate.

My OBC must have been COOKING the batteries (always water on top) . Tech support says it only charges one time and stops . You have to un plug it to charge again. But that is not how it works. It seem to go back on in the mornings to charge again when voltage drops ..but now my charge rate stays up 80 to 85% . Also the finishing charge is at 6-7 amps and not over charging

Make sure you receive the correct instruction sheet for your cart. The one in the box was not correct for 95-97 Club Car DS.
