Cart Subtotal:
Looking at how an aftermarket shock installs on a cart can go a long way in helping you ensure that the proper one gets ordered. The EZGO TXT Front and Rear Shock have a male-threaded post on either end that will attach to a fixed point on your stock golf cart. An installation kit will be needed as the bushings are more than likely worn. Don't forget to pick one up so you can get it done right the first time. If you happen to notice the shock on your cart is not threaded on both ends, keep shopping. For example, if you have an eyelet on one end and a threaded post on the other, or maybe that eyelet appears on both ends, either way, keep shopping.
This EZGO Medalist front and rear shock work for a wide year range and, as the name indicates, can be used in the front or rear of the golf cart. That's right, Buggies Unlimited has dealt a winning hand with one shock that does the job of four!
They are on my 98 ez-go TXT
Yes, as long as you don't have the Long Travel lift installed, those shocks will work.
Not sure?! Has been over a year since they were installed. You’d have to ask mfg! Mine lift kit, shocks bigger tires work awesome! Now I drive across the steep creek and hunt other side of property! Good luck & sorry I was no help
Yes the lift kit I received from them my old shocks work and I am glad because they were still fairly new from the previous owner. lift kit was easy to install by the way. I hope this helps and if you have any further questions please feel free to reach out. Hope you have a great day.
These particular shocks have worked well for me, but if I had it to do over again. I would have chosen the coil overs for the weight of up to 4 passengers.
It is the same shock for the S4 and you will need part# 5030 bushing kits. 2 bushing kits per shock.
