Color is a Little Off, BUT the Quality is Amazing. Customer Service exceeded my expectations.
Gretchen, In Closing, I want to inform You & Buggies Unlimited that the Upper & Lower Seat Assembly was of the "Best Quality" that I have ever seen. I was Blown away, and so were my neighbors that gather in my Garage for Golf Cart Talk. All of the Materials used were far above what EZGO originally supplies. The Base-Board was perfect, the installed fasteners where spot on, the Foam Fill was flawless, the Stapes could Not have been installed any straighter "they were Laser Perfect", the Cover exceeded Factory Original, and was Full - Tight - & - Straight. Whomever manufactures them for you should be complimented, as they have their act together.
Thank you for your response to my original phone call to alert of the Color issue. I think you and the young man that took my order originally are top-notch professional people (Buggies Unlimited should be proud to have you two taking care of their customers). I'm pleased with Buggies Unlimited business model.
