Product Details

Microswitches on golf carts are a small item. Hints the name we are guessing, but they could not have a bigger job. They are relays in the activation circuit of the golf cart. The Club Car 3-Terminal Micro Switch is one of three on the forward and reverse switch assembly.

We bet you think that there is a switch for forward, neutral, and reverse, right. Well, kind of, there is a switch that activates the reverse buzzer. Still, one of the other switches activates the solenoid. The final one is a switch that sends a signal to the controller to only let the golf cart run at half speed while in reverse. These three golf cart switches are critical to running the vehicle and the safety of its passengers and the people around it. Don't get caught with no rear warning buzzer, or surprised by the full speed in reverse, or worst of all, a no-run situation. Call Buggies Unlimited and get one ordered today.

The microswitch in my 88 has club car has 5 terminals? I’m finding nothing like it? White black orange and lime green wires with one open terminal. Any ideas. I believe mine is bad yet am only finding two or three terminals as options.

Norman the switch is actually 3 separate micro switches

No voltage at solenoid. Is there a switch that could cause this?
2003 club car v glide 36 volt . I replaced the solenoid and forward reverse control. I also replaced the micro switch in the v-glide, turned switch on and it smoked the micro switch in the v glide and sparked and smoked on the small terminal on the solenoid. Can help me? a friend please help me.this club car has resisters, it has no electronics.

Check the wire sequence on the solenoid sounds like you have two wires crossed

i had to use the reverse lever to slow and stop my club car ds since brakes are bad now I have no reverse at all is this gonna be at the motor, mcor or microswitch still works fine in forward?

fix your brakes, you burnt out your reverse micro switch also check your reverse cable

Club car runs when key is turned off I have to disconnect battery to shut down?

i found that the original key start with 5 6 tremnals is the problem but the key has a lot to do with everything micro switches go to a new key mechanism but i have gas carts so i may be wy off

I have a 1980 club car ds batteries are fully charged just replaced all the Solenoids and new resistor coils and was wondering what else I could replace or upgrade to get more speed and Torque?

Replace controller with something like a Navitas brand or something similar and you will get more torque not any more speed but definitely more torque or you can replace the controller and the motor and get speed and torque
