Worked perfectly on my club car villager 8 with front brakes. Pretty easy install.
I installed this kit on a 2003 carryall 6 with no issues. I don’t know if an 85 is the same frame. Call buggies Unlimited and ask the Tech department they are very knowledgeable. Include a picture of your cart and a picture of the serial number and data plate.
