Product Details

The E-Z-GO and Yamaha 440-Amp 36-Volt Series Controller Kit is a beast, and that is the understatement of the year. These things are cooking with power. You can adjust your top speed to get more runtime out of your batteries per charge. The lower your overall rate is, the farther you are going to be able to travel. The harness uses a plug-and-play installation that works with your existing motor, plugging directly into your cart's OEM wiring. The on the fly programmer does not just save you run time. It can also increase or decrease acceleration and torque for extra passengers, hill climbing, or if you just need to make the neighbors look bad. Are you worried about your kids flying off? Use the "lockout feature" to lock in settings to control power and speed like parental settings on the TV.

With the golf cart controller kit, you will get an E-Z-GO harness for plug and play installation, which fits 1988-1994.5 Marathon and Yamaha G8-G16, 36-Volt series models. The on-the-fly controller programming box gives you control, being the backbone of operations. Call Buggies Unlimited and get yours shipped today.

Was hoping for more.
Going from stock to this, about 100amp increase, I was hoping for more top end. I guess there's only so much you can do with 36 volts. I got maybe 1mph better. Installation was NOT straightforward, but the guys at BU got me sorted out really nicely, once I waited on hold for 20 minutes for tech service. Maybe should have gone with the 600, esp since I found out my original was not actually fried, it was the solenoid. Live and learn.
