The Windshield Top Clips will work on any windshield type, including the winged models. This product uses a soft rubber clip to hold the component in the upright position. Attached to the back of that clip is a rigid plastic clamp. It installs on the windshield frame of the caddie. This specific clamp uses a one-inch diameter for this portion, indicating that it will work for carts with that size frame. If you have the more petite three-quarter inch frame, you will need to give us a call, and we will help you find the correct part.

I think the answer is yes if you buy the correct size. My club car is a 2010. Hope this helps.
Don’t know for sure. I just looked at the ones I have and compared them I think that they are pretty universal
They just wrap around the windshield frame. Some may rivet in and you could even use push pins if the holes are pre drilled in the new mount.
