Great company to do business with!
I haven’t had time to install my windshield yet. It arrived in about a week. However I have made multiple purchases with this company and highly recommend doing business Buggies. I returned an item because I didn’t like the color that I ordered and reordered a different color seat cover. All was handled very efficiently and credit was processed quickly. I did have a mixup with not receiving a discount after placing an order and Tim in their customer service department quickly rectified that issue.

Great windshield. Although I have an Onward model, this windshield is for the Precedent model. So the pre-drilled holes in the bottom of the windshield didn't line up. I had to drill 4 holes in the frame and trim the upper rubber stops to make it fit. With that I would rate it at 4.5.
I'm mechanically inclined so it just took longer than expected. Also the rubber at the bottom of the windshield doesn't come with it. You'll need one for sure.

The new windshield looks great. I was apprehensive about installing it, but it turned out to be easy. The hardest part was removing the protective film.

Instructions are terrible
The windshield is nice. However, it won't mount like a normal windshield, you must drill holes in the posts. The pictures they give you with instructions are terrible. I called multiple times before I got someone that tried to help me. All they did was e-mail me a copy of the instructions that had slightly better pictures. They still weren't very good. The instructions talk about a "windshield clip" that I do not think exists. At least there wasn't one included in my kit. I finally got it installed and am satisfied with it. I have not yet used it in the winter to see if the wings deflect a significant amount of wind. Overall, I have had positive experiences with buggies unlimited, but this one wasn't quite that good.

Honest and great service.
I have searched for several months to find this windshield.
Other companies claimed they had this windshield thickness but did not. Thankyou Buggies Unlimited.

Windshield fits well and looks good.
Only complaint is that I would have liked some installation instructions. The lower half installs pretty easy without instructions. The top half was more difficult to figure out, only saw one way to install, just did not believe that was the correct way.

The windshield is fine. Looks good.
Why the 2 stars: I was told it would arrive in about 6 to 10 days. It took 6 weeks to receive. I called the number listed for help 4 times and was always told it would be here soon. Checked the status line and as always it said it was in "progress".
I would have cancelled the order but the price was significant lower.
