do not fit properly over the brake drums

Not a happy camper, the wheels are basically a press fit over the brake drums, I had no choice but to use them so next time I have to do the brakes I will have hell to pay.

2.65-2.67 inches... center caps cannot be used on steel wheels without a gasket to prevent rattling.
