How would the wiper be installed on a SUV hatchback? Would it be mounted thru a hole that has to be drilled into the windshield?

I'm planning to put this on 2009 EZGo RXV with one piece windshield. Can I change the wiper blade into a little bit longer for more coverage?

I would not see why not, these are very powerful little motors.

how many speed motor and degree of travel?

Only 1 speed but there are 2 points to which it can be adjusted. An 80 degree wipe and a 110 degree wipe.
