They are hard to find replacements for these days, but the few we can get our hands on we snatch up for our customers because not a day goes by that someone doesn't call in looking to repair something on one. This is an aftermarket replacement for the original OEM motor that comes stock on those Emerge's from the factory. It looks different but hooks up and performs the same way as the one that came off the cart did, before whatever happened to it to make you replace it. I have not installed the new motor yet. I am rebuilding a Bad Boy Buggy and will work on the Tomberlin cart soon.
It worked great for our golf cart. No special adjustments and looked like the original motor.
