Is this pure decorative? No scorecard holder?

There is no score card holder. However, my cart will not be used on a course, so I was pleased by not having a score card holder. This steering wheel was fairly easy to install. It looks really sharp on my red cart. Multiple people have commented on it. I would give the purchase experience and the product both a 5 Star rating.
