The Club Car Steering Column Mounting Bracket that fits 1982 and newer DS models is a crucial little part. This two-part product mounts to the golf cart frame via two thread-forming screws and two bolts and nuts. The inner portion houses the lower portion of the steering column. This prevents it from being able to wiggle and vibrate loose from the steering box during regular operation. Without this little guy the first time you tried to roll down a trail or over a speed bump, well, we hope you are happy with the direction you are headed because the steering wheel will not do anything for turning the cart at that point.
