Yes, this kit will work for your Precedent cart.
I’m no expert but I installed this kit on my club car and it negates your speed code and goes as fast as it is advertising , which it depends on your tire size etc. this kit will not get you to 30-35 mph .
Yes it will, I installed the same system on my 2006 DS and am getting a solid 30mph with 6 12 volt Trojans. You will have to do drilling of four new hole for the controller but that's it as far as fabrication goes.

Hi Ron, the stock HP on the stock motor is about 3.3 and this kit takes it up to around 5.5 HP.
