Yamaha is the only golf cart out there that does not take an oil filter. They have what is called a drain and fill system. So why is it that you cannot seem to find the oil filter for your EZGO? Club Cars are so easy; you can almost see it just by raising the seat. So why is it that your EZGO seems more complicated than the rest? Well, it uses a drop-in style gas 4-Cycle Oil Pump Filter. You need to locate the triangular plate with three bolts securing it to the engine. The filter is attached to the bottom side. You need to change it just as often as a standard spin on style filter, so no need to replace it more often than your DS.
This golf cart oil filter is easy to replace. All you need is a good set of sockets, a rag to clean your hands, and a bucket to catch the old oil. Lower left bottom corner of the engine. Like drivers side. It is really more of a screen than a fabric or paper filter. Three 10mm bolts and it comes out. Drain oil first.

The oil drain is on the lower left front of the engine, this will be the right side of the golf cart, toward the front.
