I had to pre drill new holes on the mounting plate as they did not match up from the prior cushion. Used the cardboard box the cushion shipped in to make the template. It was an easy installation.
They will be very close. You may have to drill a few holes to make everything bolt up though. These are designed for the GTW kits so thats all we can say for sure, but the others are pretty close.
The one I received has a plastic bottom and was a good fit. Very pleased with purchase.
