The Columbia-Harley Davidson Driven Clutch at Buggies Unlimited is the golf cart part that gives you low-end power. If you start to lose the performance of this item, you will not be able to do fundamental things. Tasks like climbing hills and getting started from a stop will be next to impossible. If you begin to feel issues like this develop, you must address them immediately. If you allow things to progress, you could end up stranded. However, that is the best-case scenario. It could lead to more expensive repairs. No one likes to come up off the pocketbook very often.
When using your golf cart to work around your property, you need to know it can do the things you expect it to. The best way to go about that is to stay up on your seasonal maintenance. If you take a look under the hood at least once for every season of use, you will keep things in tip-top shape. Also, when you are changing the oil and filters, make it a point to look at all of the high wear items, the Columbia-Harley Davidson driven clutch included. If you think you might be having an issue, please call.
This comet-driven clutch fits Columbia and Harley Davidson gas two-cycle models. As a matter of fact, it will replace OEM number 33245-82B. If you have a manual handy, you can cross-reference this to ensure it will fit. If you do not have one, ask a sales rep to include it for you. This will make this job and future ones much easier to do.
Buggies Unlimited is an excellent source for all kinds of golf cart parts. We will be happy to send everything you need for your caddie right to the convenience of your doorstep. So call us today and talk to a tech about your build plans.
I pulled one of these from stock, the opening measures 3/4" and it has a key way that appears to be 1/4"
Got mine at Buggies Unlimited. A bit of work to install. I have a hoist in my garage that helped incredibly. You have to disconnect mounts and drop axle. I replaced belt at same time. Hope this helps ya.
