  • 2 U-Bolts
  • 6 Leaf Spring Bushing Kits (4-Front/Rear Eyelets & 2-Upper Shackles)

How will the ride for comfort be with these leaf springs?
Bob V on Apr 19, 2018
BEST ANSWER: To me the ride is the same if not better.
Keeps the cart from bottoming out when you are carrying extra weight i.e. Passengers.
We have the rear seat and when we had heavy passengers riding the cart would bottom out.
Installed this kit and problem solved.
How difficult is it to install a spring kit? Can it be accomplished by the user with simple tools?
Morgan J on Jun 14, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hey Morgan,
Yes, just some simple tools, correct size Wenches.
Maybe a can of WD-40.
Be sure to mark the placement of the axel on the existing springs first, so you can line up the new ones.
Its easy to get the axel to shift from one side to another if your not watching.
Maybe get a few measurements to use as a baseline when installing the new springs.

Do one side at a time. use a Bottle or Floor jack to lift body & frame of cart.

Heavy duty leaf springs
I have an 08 club car precident. Came with a single leaf spring and with a group of people riding in it to the beach it squatted a lot. Had to cut a couple bolts out to remove the old ones but switching them out was a breeze. Cart rides a lot better. Good product and Company.
