I have covers that would for that cart but would not enclose the clubs.
Mine is an EZGO and the fit was fine. My only issue was after one-year in the elements the entire cover ripped apart as the material obivously weakened due to exposure.

I'm not sure how much help I can be; The canvas cover you mentioned covered my 2015 RXZ EZGO completely from the rectangular top to within a few inches from the ground. However, not knowing how the size of your golf cart would compare to mine, I hesitate to recommend it to you. Sorry I can't be of more help.

As far as I know there is not a lifted cart cover. That would be a custom-made item.
These covers fit over and around the cart. Mine does fit over my 10 inch wheel tire combo nut cart is not lifted. The covers are designed to be strapped across the bottom side to side to keep them from blowing off. So some or all of your lifted cart custom wheels would be exposed. You could probably find and add some wheel-tire covers for storage.
We bought for 4 seater with no clubs. Works great
Does well except the sun & wind does destroy the material but it does last over 1 year
