Product Details

The Club Car Carburetor has an essential job. It regulates the fuel and airflow, so the proper mixture makes it to the engine. It relies on several other parts like the fuel pump and the intake to do its job correctly. The cool thing about that is this unit can bypass all of that when it's in excellent condition. Brand new and appropriately tuned, the carburetor can draw the fuel without the help of the fuel pump. This item uses the intake and a small pipe called a venturi to create all of the pressure needed to do its thing. It struggles to do it when you are first getting started, but you will not notice the difference once you get to full speed.

This golf cart carburetor is an aftermarket replacement item. The Club Car hard part is made to the same spec and will perform precisely like the OEM unit, if not better. The only difference is the price is about half. Call Buggies Unlimited and get one coming today. There is no reason to deal with an out-of-use caddie.

installation was fairly easy - if you paid close attention on how the old one was removed.

carb needs some minor adjustment - there is a small miss and some surge on take off. There was no instructions provided with carb on how to adjust.

Perfect replacement
I haven’t installed the new carburetor but it matches physically as the original, hopefully it works as good as it looks.

How do I know if I’m getting the right carburetor for my club car?

first look at the vin tag to determine the year of the cart secondly does the replacement carb look like the one on the motor, if it does then you have the right carb. before installing the carb you have adjust the float in the bowl check the original carbs float and ajust the float to match. before i startes replacing parts on my ds i downloaded both the parts manual and the service manual to make sure i waa ordering the right parts and know how to go through the entire cart properly

Does this have a choke the stock air box was removed from my golf cart and it doesn’t have a choke. Will this replace it?

Yes and adjusted right I was happy

i am working on two differant carts. both owners bought new carbs from here, the needles on both are defective. no rubber tip on the end. just need the needle, but cant buy just that...why not????

The one we bought worked well.

No compression. Or valves

Can I get just the needle for this carb? This carb came with a faulty needle ...no rubber on tip.
