Bree these baby moons will only fit the factory wheels. the aftermarket wheels are designed a little differently than the oem wheels. that is where your issue is coming from.
I put them on a 8 inch, they fit in the inner ring, find out if the 8 and 10 inch inner rings are the same, if they are, they should fit
No, I purchased new wheel and tire assembly and they wont fit. They fit my factory yamaha wheels perfect.

I am not sure about the actual OD but I will tell you that they fit a standard golf cart wheel. It is a very tight fit so be careful putting them on as they will dent. They look great on my cart.
Some e-z go and club car bolt plane diameters are only 5 7/8 inches. You must make sure the bolt plane surface is at least 6 1/16. The answer to your question is 6 inches, but that extra 3/16 makes all the difference.
I had to make a series of cuts to the rear of the half moons on the rear wheels, due to the smaller wheels. I did this almost two years ago and after a couple of adjustments they’ve stayed on.
