Are these DOT tires that will thes tires pass a department of transportation inspection to get a license plate ?

What is the difference between GTW Storm Wheel Duro Lo Pro Street Tires 10 inch  at $656.99and the GTW Vimpire Wheels with Duro Lo Pro tire 10 inch at $591.99?  Do they come mounted?  Are they free shipping?

The difference is just the rim design, they are the same tires. If you buy wheels and tires together, either over the phone with us, or on-line on the TWA10 page, we do mount them and air them up for free. Any purchase over $99 is free shipping in the continental US.
